Explanations

212 Ishwara Kaleshwara

Ishwara Kaleshwara
On March 15th it is two years ago since Swami dropped his physical body. The time flies by and for the most probably Swami became closer than before. Who could have imagined that two years ago, when the pain of his human loss was so overwhelmingly large? Instead meanwhile, we can observe more and more how all the seeds Swamiji has sown begin to germinate or are even already grown into small trees! Also the healing transformative power of bhajans and mantras, as they were sung in Penukonda, continues to grow. What an abundance!
The mantra ‘Ishwara Kaleshwara Parameshwara Parameshwara’ has become one of those very special songs where we can experience Swami Kaleshwar’s presence immediately. It was often sung at specific times, whether to call for Swami to express our gratitude or to keep a high energy level. We can also use it as a a prayer for guidance and protection.
If we look more precisely at the words ‘Ishwara’ and ‘Parameshwara’ as well as their placement a special meaning comes across: ‘Ishwara’ is the Lord and Master. ‘Parameshwara’ consists of Param (-am) and Ishwara. Param (-a,-am) has many meanings, but these ones make the most sense in this case: ‘the Highest’ or interestingly also ‘on the other side’. We could interpret this mantra in this way that our Master Swami Kaleshwar leads us to the Highest Master beyond this time and space structure, from the form to the formless – the actual truth that resides deep within ourselves and the source of everything at the same time.
Thank you Swamiji for everything you have done for us and are still doing! Please enlighten and clarify us more and more until we realize what you want to give us already since a long time.

Ishwara Kaleshwara
Sabeenamayi
