Explanations

408 Hari Om

2013-12-12 Explanations from Sabeena in english:
Silence – our deepest source.

Swami was once asked what he would love the most on bhajans. His answer was: Silence. At the same time he gave usually also a sign for ,high drums’ during the singing! It meant that the drums should be loud and clear to raise the energy of the bhajan.
How does that fit together? How and where do we find this silence? Is it the silence that arises when all our thoughts just stop and only the connection, the oneness with the Divine swings in the room?

Hari Om Shiva Om … (No. 73) Once again an example that 3 words are easily enough. …
Shiva was the teacher of Jesus, his guru. This may seem surprising, but for many people it is certainly not new that Jesus lived in India. Therefore, it stands to reason that Shiva has inspired Jesus, as a master of silence and loud Swami also 100 % capacity for pure love. In a palm leaf book is written, that Shiva is ,so sweet’!
Imagine this! The holy scriptures of India, the Vedas, declare that Shiva is indescribably sweet! And that next to the other incredible and advanced information received from direct divine inspiration which we find in these books!

Hari Om Shiva Om.
Hari has many different meanings. Here it may be the invocation of the form of Vishnu or be used as a salutation to the Supreme Divine, if we connect it with ‘Om’: Hari Om!

The sacred syllable ‘Om’ fills with its depth of meaning certainly a thick book. From this vibration the whole universe was created and we can experience the unity of all being in this sound.

Today Shiva speaks for himself … from the silence.

Any way we wish to interpret this bhajan for us, it leads us to a most blissful state – and in its depth we find … silence.

2013-12-12 Explanations from Sabeena in german:
Silence. Stille – unsere tiefste Quelle.
